GRMD AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at hello@eazyeditor.com. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not available for unused portions of your subscription term.

2. Cancellations and refunds for lifetime deals will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. You can contact us at hello@eazyeditor.com for cancellations and refunds.

3. In the case of any approved refunds, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

4. If you feel that the software is not working as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of purchasing the lifetime deal. The Customer Service Team, after reviewing your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.
